EchoRelay is an HTTP relay: we receive requests from our customers' callers and forward them to destinations our customers configure. We do not inspect request bodies or control where customers point their relay endpoints. This page explains what use is prohibited, how to report a problem, and what we do with reports.

This channel is open to anyone — you do not need an EchoRelay account to report. Customers with a support query or a billing dispute should use [email protected] instead.

What is prohibited

Our Terms of Service §3 (Acceptable Use) prohibits using the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; relay malicious payloads, malware, or attacks; circumvent security controls; infringe intellectual property; transmit material that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours; or attempt to disrupt the platform.

How to report

Email [email protected].

To help us act quickly, please include:

  • The relay URL or endpoint identifier (e.g. https://acme.echorelay.cloud/v1/webhook).
  • A relay reference number if you have one (the X-Relay-Id response header on relayed requests).
  • Timestamps — date, time, and timezone — of the incidents.
  • A sample request or other evidence sufficient to identify the traffic, without including sensitive personal data you are not authorised to share.
  • Your contact details so we can follow up if needed.

What happens next

We acknowledge every report within 48 hours and investigate promptly. If a report is substantiated we will take action — up to and including suspending the customer account — as provided in our Terms of Service. We cannot share the outcome of an investigation with reporters, but we act on every credible report.
